Terms and Conditions
- 1. The promoter is Pilot Pen Singapore Pte Ltd.
- 2. The competition is only open to residents of Singapore except all employees of Pilot Pen Singapore and their immediate relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the competition.
- 3. There is no entry fee and no item purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.
- 4. Open date and time for the giveaway is 12:30 SGT 12 April 2020.
- 5. Closing date and time for the giveaway is 23:59 SGT 3 May 2020. After this date, no further entries to this giveaway will be permitted.
- 6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- 7. 5 lucky winners will be selected from the qualified entrants of this specific giveaway.
- 8. Winners will be chosen at random.
- 9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
- 10. To qualify, participants must adhere to the steps stated in the Instagram post.
- 11. 5 lucky winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within 7 working days after the contest closing date.
- 12. For winners that do not respond to our DM within 7 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- 13. The prize will be sent out from Pilot Pen (S) Pte Ltd to the mailing address that the winner has furnished in the DM.
- 14. Pilot Pen Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the giveaway/prizes without prior notice.
- 15. Pilot Pen Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
