PayNow Payment Instructions
If you have opted payment via PayNow, kindly follow the instructions below to complete your payment.

- 1. Open your iBanking app and scan the QR code. Alternatively, you can enter our UEN number (198304599Z).
- 2. Enter the payment amount as shown to make payment.
- 3. Take a screenshot of the completed transaction and send us an email at onlineorder@pilotpen.com.sg with the following details:
a) Your name
b) Order number
c) Transaction ID
